Postpartum Support

The early days with a new baby can be beautiful, exhausting, tender, overwhelming - often all at once. You deserve support that helps you feel proactively cared for, not like another task you have to manage.

My approach to postpartum care is rooted in anticipating what you and your household need before you have to ask. I’m there to notice what would make the day feel lighter, create space for you to rest and recover, and help your home continue to function while you adjust to life with your baby.

Postpartum support is about more than baby care. While I’m there to offer an experienced set of hands with your newborn, I’m equally there to care for the people surrounding them. That might mean preparing something nourishing while you feed your baby, resetting the kitchen while you rest, folding a load of laundry, caring for your baby while you shower, or simply being a steady person to talk through a hard time with.

You shouldn't have to create a to-do list before I arrive (but like, you totally can if that's your jam). Part of my role is noticing what needs attention and stepping in where I can be most useful.
